Welcome to She Who Magnifies, a brand and platform operated by Kaitie Gill Consulting dba She Who Magnifies, located at PO Box 2212, Benton, AR 72108. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, services, digital downloads, community spaces, and any other offerings provided by She Who Magnifies (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products (including but not limited to printables, coloring sheets, devotionals, and planning guides) are for personal use only unless otherwise specified. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share these products without express written permission.

Refunds are not available for digital products due to their downloadable nature.

2. Retreats, Events, and Experiences
By registering for any in-person or virtual event hosted by She Who Magnifies, you agree to abide by all guidelines provided during the registration process.

Deposits and Payments: All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payment plans may be available and are subject to agreed-upon terms.

Cancellations: In the event that She Who Magnifies cancels an event, a full refund will be issued. If you cancel your attendance, refunds may not be available depending on the event policy.

Behavior: We reserve the right to remove or restrict participation from any event or online space if conduct is deemed inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive to others.

3. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, graphics, and materials found within our Services are the property of Kaitie Gill Consulting dba She Who Magnifies and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not use our name, logo, materials, or content in a way that implies partnership, endorsement, or ownership without prior written permission.

4. Content Integrity
Any blog posts, devotionals, teachings, or guest submissions published under She Who Magnifies are written with honesty and integrity. Personal stories are either shared with permission or written anonymously with care. We are committed to upholding biblical truth while respecting the privacy and dignity of others.

5. Limitation of Liability
She Who Magnifies and its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services, including participation in any retreats or digital programs.

6. User Conduct
You agree to use our Services in a respectful and lawful manner. You may not use our platform to:

Harass, threaten, or harm others

Violate intellectual property rights

Spread false or misleading information

Upload viruses or malicious code

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, the “Last updated” date at the top will be revised. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
